• Anse à l'âne beach: à 600m - 4 minutes by car.
• Aimé Césaire International Airport (Fort-de-France): 25 minutes by car.
• Hôtel Bambou: 5.3km - 10 minutes by car.
• Fort-de-France / Port of Fort-de-France: accessible sea shuttle from Anse à l'âne (crossing time: 25 minutes).

• Booking conditions

Confirmed reservations must have been made from our site https://lesvillasbyhotelbambou.com, partner sites and agencies (Airbnb, VRBO, Expedia, Booking.com...), by email or by telephone with our services, at later 3 days before the start date of your stay for a minimum duration of 5 or 6 nights.

• Réservation guarantees

For any reservation, a payment of 50% of the rental amount will be required. The balance will be due 14 days before arrival.

In the event of a late reservation (less than 14 days before the start of the stay), the entire amount of the stay must be paid upon reservation. 

A security deposit (pre-authorization) of €2,500 will be requested and a contract accompanied by internal regulations will be signed electronically before arrival. 

Payment methods accepted: Bank cards (Visa, MasterCard, Amercian Express), bank transfers and ANCV holiday vouchers.  

• Terms of cancelation

In the event of cancellation by the Tenant: free cancellation at the latest, up to 14 days after signing the contract; the deposit will nevertheless remain with the Service Provider. 

After this period and except in cases of force majeure, the Renter will be liable for the entire rental price. 

In the event of cancellation by the Service Provider: the Service Provider may only withdraw or cancel the contract for a serious and legitimate cause, justified in writing. 

In the event of withdrawal from the Service Provider or cancellation by the latter for a reason not attributable to the Renter and excluding cases of force majeure, occurring within a period of more than 14 days following the signing of this contract, the Service Provider initially undertakes to offer the Tenant similar alternative accommodation. If the Tenant disagrees with this arrangement, the Service Provider must pay the Tenant double the deposit paid at the time of booking.

Internal regulations must be signed electronically by the main tenant when confirming their reservation. In the event of non-compliance with these regulations, the Tenant undertakes to seize his security deposit.

Noises
Tenants and their visitors must make as little noise as possible so as not to disturb residents of neighboring properties, especially during the night (from 11 p.m. to 8 a.m.), as well as during their arrival and departure.

Parties are also prohibited at all times.

In the event of excessive noise pollution, this may result in termination of the rental contract, eviction, loss of costs incurred as well as deductions from the security deposit.

Children
The minimum age required to book and check-in is 21 years old. Anyone under the age of 21 must be accompanied by an adult. Children 0-3 years old are considered babies sleeping in a cot. Children under 3 years old are not counted in the villa's staff.

Late departures
On request, depending on the availability of the villa, a supplement of 50% of the night will be required after 11 a.m.

Hours may vary if the villa is not rented before and/or after, as well as depending on cleaning hours.

Visitors
Tenants are permitted to invite a maximum of 4 visitors at any time during their stay and are required to ensure that visitors comply with the House Rules. Any request for a visit must be submitted to the Owner of the villa.

Confidentiality
All information collected will be confidential and will only be viewed by our staff. We do not pass on any of your personal information under any circumstances.

Pets
No animals are accepted in our villas.

Tobacco
For the well-being of all, smoking is strictly prohibited inside the villas. Butts must be thrown in the trash.
